LIMA Fish Feed Machine,Chicken Feed Machine
Particle feed has the advantages of uniform nutrient distribution, high digestibility, easy storage and no automatic grading, and is increasingly widely used in the aquaculture industry. The granulation is an important part of the production of particulate feed, and the quality of granulation performance directly affects the quality of the feed. For feed manufacturers, how to reduce machine wear and power consumption In this paper, the factors affecting the granulation have been combined, and the control methods are described.
1 Feed ingredient
Due to the different chemical composition and physical properties, the granulation has different effects, thereby having a different granulation characteristics. 1.1 Starch
The influence of starch on granulation is restricted by temperature and moisture. In the case where there is a certain moisture, the amyloid is absorbed in water, and the starch molecular bond is broken, the starch molecule is hydrated, and the temperature is higher, the higher the temperature. After the starch is paste, it is easy to granulate, and therefore, the amount of the starch content is high, the density of the feed is large, and it is easy to granulate. However, feeds with high starch content tend to have low protein, which is difficult to gelatin in low temperature conditions, which is easy to make brittle particle feed.
1. Protein
The protein has thermoplastic and adhesion. During the granulation, the protein is heated by friction, withstand high temperature, high pressure, protein levels, four-stage molecular structure break, and the plasticity of the feed increases, which is advantageous for granulation.
1.3 fat
fat has a lubricating effect, which reduces the frictional resistance of the material through the mold hole, extending the life of the pressure, while reducing energy consumption, and increasing production. Its source has two kinds of feed itself and the external addition, the raw material itself contains fat, which is infiltrated from tissue during granulation, which is advantageous for granulation. When a high energy feed is mixed, the amount of oil is added exceed 3%, the particles can be soft, the mass decrease, low granulation rate, and stamper wear. Therefore, the amount of addition is generally preferably from 1 to 3%, and when the amount of oil is required to be added, the exceeding portion can be achieved by the method of granulation after granulation.
1. Cellulose
The cellulose has a certain polymerization force, which has a certain bonding effect on the feed. However, the amount is not easily extruded by the mold hole and it is difficult to form particles because it takes a large force when extruded into the high fiber feed to the mold hole, which will not only shorten the life of the pressure, but also affect, but Hard particles are made. It is generally considered that the raw material contains 3 to 7% of the crude fibers, which can improve the hardness of the granulation after granulation, reduce the powder, but the crude fiber will reduce the particle hardness and granulation rate due to the difference in bonding, and increase the mold Mechanical wear of the roller.
2 Feed Physical Properties
2.1 Particle size
The raw material particle size can be divided into coarse crushed, smashed, fine broken and ultraf fine powderËé4ÖÖ¡£Ò»°ãÈÏΪ£¬ÖÆÁ£ÓõÄÁ£¶ÈԽСԽºÃ£¬ÕâÊÇÒòΪ£º¢ÙÔÁÏÁ£¶ÈС£¬Ôò±íÃæ»ý´ó£¬ÓÐÀûÓÚÈÈÁ¿ºÍË®·ÖµÄÎüÊÕ£¬Ò×ÓÚºý»¯£»¢Ú·ÛËéÁ£¶Èϸʱ£¬Ñ¹Öƺó¿ÅÁ£µÄÃܶȴó¶øÄÜÌá¸ßËÇÁϵIJúÁ¿ºÍÖÊÁ¿¡£ However, most studies have shown that the particulate feed products of different diameters should be compressed, and the corresponding particle size should be used, and the general pig is passed through a 3 to 3.5 mm round hole screen, and the chicken is sieved by a 4 mm circular hole. In general, the feed particle size distribution is basically uniform (without large capsules), the size of the particle size is appropriate, and the appearance quality of its particulate matter is good, and the yield can increase by 10 to 15%.

Adhesion to form a water film on the surface of the material particles, can reduce the frictional resistance of the mold hole, extend the service life of the mold, and it can hydrate the natural binder to help improve granulation quality. However, the free moisture content should not be greater than 6%, otherwise the grain will become too soft, the pressure roll is easily “slip””
